Dual Enrollment – SUMMER 2025

Dual Enrollment Information Registration for SUMMER Term is now OPEN!

Students may pick up dual enrollment packets in the Main Guidance Office.

 

Please see Important Dates for Summer 2025:

 Please note that Full Term and Summer A term courses start on May 7th!
Summer Full: May 7 – August 5
Summer A:  May 7 – June 20
Summer B:  June 23 – August 5

 

DEADLINES:
Recommended Deadline for Registration: 3-13-2025
Final Deadline for Registration: 4-25-2025

Other Deadlines for Summer:

Add Deadline for ALL Terms is: April 25

Drop Deadlines:
Summer full term – May 14
Summer A – May 12
Summer B – June 25

Withdrawals:
Summer full term – May 23
Summer A – May 23
Summer B – June 25

Classes End:
Summer full term – July 10
Summer A term – June 5
Summer B term – July 24

 

Registration PACKETS:
New to Dual Enrollment Students: This packet is for students who have NEVER taken a Dual Enrollment course.
RETURNING to Dual Enrollment Students: This packet is for students who HAVE previously taken a Dual Enrollment course.

Make sure you have read all of the information in your packet and complete the Checklist and ALL the links before turning in your packet to your School Counselor. Failure to do this may delay sending your Registration to SJRSC and the availability of the course(s) you want. You can pick up the packet in the main Guidance office or print the packet from the link below.  Make sure to use INK on both the Consent Form and Registration Form.

DE Check Schedule – After SJRSC inputs your registration, students should check their SJRSC schedule ASAP by following these directions: 

Ordering Textbooks –  READ everything carefully!  Click on Dual Enrollment Textbook Request Form

Online Petition – If a student earns a D or F in a Dual Enrollment course, or they Withdrawal from a course, they MUST complete a Petition asking SJRSC to allow them to continue in the Dual Enrollment program for the next semester.  SJRSC will notify the student of their decision.
