Federal Student Aid
Federal Student aid is money that students can use to help pay for college. There are three types of federal aid: grants, work-study and loans. Everyone should apply for federal aid regardless of income. Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at www.fafsa.gov
The FAFSA becomes available on October 1, 2018 and students should apply
as soon as possible during their senior year.

State Scholarship and Grant Programs (Bright Futures)
The Office of Student Financial Assistance provides the FFAA (Florida Financial Aid Application) to students seeking state scholarships and grant awards for their post-secondary academic year.
This single application is used to evaluate the student for the programs listed below.
FFAA is available beginning October 1, 2018.
Go to: www.floridastudentfinancialaid.org FFAA will close August 31, 2019. By this date, all state scholarship and grant deadlines for the 2017-18 academic year will have passed.
