What a Great Effort by our guys today at the Regional Meet at Flagler Palm Coast. The guys set 23 new Personal Records [PR’s] WOW!
Chase Coomer / Marcos Ramos / Landon Perez are Regional Snatch Champions. They automatically move on to the State Final Meet in Port St. Joe on April 21st. Here are the final results for BT.

Updated information regarding the Regional Meet at FPC on Sat. 9 Apr.

Our guys will meet at BT at 6am.
Saturday, April 9
7:30-9:00 am weigh-ins
9:15 Coaches meeting
9:30 Judges meeting
10:00 Lifting will begin…starting with the snatch.
Individual and team awards will be presented at the conclusion of the traditional meet.
There are 12 guys in Snatch and 6 in the Traditional event.
We will have vans to transport to the meet. However, if you want you athlete to leave the venue at the end of his event, that is your choice. Be mindful of when awards will be presented. Please speak directly to Coach Reagan prior to your athlete leaving.

Great effort by our young men at the District Meet. All 12 guys moved on to the Regional Meet next Saturday at Flagler Palm Coast. All Total 29 new PR’s set at Districts!

Senior Night was truly a Success! We had 26 athletes set new PR’s. 12 young men qualified for the District meet at Oakleaf on April 1st.

Spring Break is upon us. We will train on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 10 am. We have a meet on Monday, March 21 vs. Ponte Vedra.

Bears traveled to Nease for a meet with the Panthers and Ponte Vedra. Another Solid performance from the young Bears.

Very hectic times for BT BWL. We are in the midst of a Test/Max week. We kickoff our online fundraiser, and the Booster Club annual event is around the corner. [More info to follow from Mrs. McDonald]
We are taking a limited number of lifters to the Flagler Palm Coast Meet on Wed. 23 Feb. There are several reasons for this decision. As I mentioned at the Parent meeting. We are very young, this is a bigger meet. This is also the first meet where qualifying totals come into play. These same totals will be used to determine District Meet lifters. In other words, most of the guys going to FPC are returning lifters. Speak with your athlete, as I have explained to each the “why” for not being on the list.

Another great effort by our young men. We traveled to Oakleaf to compete against Oakleaf and Middleburg. Another opportunity to perform on the platform.

Training times for this week:
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 4pm in Wgt Room
Wednesday, Bus leaves at 2:55 for meet at St. Augustine. No Spectators [lift upon arrival with 10 min warm up.]
Meet outside the Gym immediately after school.
