If entering from Jacksonville area (North):
Take I-95 south to exit number 329, exit right onto CR210. Continue west (right) approximately 5 miles and CONTINUE STRAIGHT – DO NOT TURN LEFT on continuation of CR210. You will continue straight and the road will turn into Greenbriar. Continue on Greenbriar to Longleaf Pine Parkway, approximately two miles. There is a light at Longleaf Pine Parkway, you will turn left on Longleaf Pine Parkway. Proceed one-half mile to Bartram Trail, which is on the left.

If entering from Green Cove Springs area:
Take SR 17 to SR 16 take a left heading toward St. Augustine. Cross the Shands bridge, at fork continue to the left. At stop sign make a left onto SR 13. Continue north to SR 16A, there is a traffic light. Turn right on 16A to Longleaf Pine Parkway. Turn left on Longleaf Pine Parkway. Travel about two miles and Bartram Trail will be on the right .

If entering from San Jose or the Mandarin area:
Take SR13 (San Jose) south over the Julington Creek bridge. Continue south to Roberts Rd. (Traffic light and gas station on the corner) Turn left on Roberts Rd. Take Roberts to the end, approximately 3 miles. Turn right on Longleaf Pine Parkway. Cross over Greenbriar Rd. (next light) and Bartram Trail is about one half mile past Greenbriar Rd. on the left.

If entering from the Daytona area (South):
Take I-95 north to exit number 329, exit onto CR210. Go west (left) on CR210 for about 5 miles and CONTINUE STRAIGHT – DO NOT TURN LEFT on continuation of CR210. You will continue straight and the road will turn into Greenbriar. Continue on Greenbriar to Longleaf Pine Parkway, approximately two miles. There is a light at Longleaf Pine Parkway, you will turn left on Longleaf Pine Parkway. Proceed one-half mile to Bartram Trail, which is on the left.

If entering from the West:
Take I-10 east to I-295 south (St. Augustine/Daytona). Proceed on I-295 through Orange Park and across the St. Johns River on the Buckman bridge. After crossing the bridge, take the first exit SR13 (San Jose) to the right, south. Take SR13 about 6 miles and cross over Julington Creek bridge. Go about another 2 miles to Roberts Rd. (Traffic light and gas station on the corner) turn left on Roberts Rd. Take Roberts Rd to the end, approximately 3 miles. Turn right on Longleaf Pine Parkway. Cross over Greenbriar Rd. (next light) and Bartram Trail is about one half mile past Greenbriar Rd. on the left.
