How Does it Work?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Students must join AP Classroom using the AP Join Codes given to them by their teachers. Once they join the course they are automatically registered for AP exams and an AP exam is ordered for them.\u00a0 This is a very important step and every student MUST join AP Classroom for EACH AP class they are enrolled in.<\/p>\n

Is there a Fee?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Every student enrolled in an Advanced Placement (AP) course will take an AP exam in May.\u00a0 Students enrolled in a Bartram Trail AP course do NOT have to pay the exam fee<\/u><\/strong>; however, any student who drops 1 or more AP courses after the exam registration deadline will be responsible for a $40 cancellation fee per course dropped.\u00a0 Students who are absent on test day or need to take advantage of late testing may also be subject to a fee of $40 or more.\u00a0 College Board determines the penalty fee.<\/p>\n

My student has an IEP, 504, ELL Plan. How does he\/she get accommodations?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Students who currently have an IEP, ELL or 504 Plan will not automatically receive accommodations for AP Exams. There is an additional separate application process for requesting accommodations. If your student previously received approved accommodations from CollegeBoard (PSAT , SAT, AP) an additional request is not needed. <\/u><\/strong>If your student has NOT been previously approved and would like to use his\/her accommodations on AP exams, please complete the form below by January 16, 2027 11:59 p.m.<\/p>\n
