Anyone who has not ordered a cap and gown by that date and plans to participate in graduation should bring <strong>$80 cash\u00a0<\/strong>to the Senior Social\/cap\/gown pick-up on Wednesday, April 29th.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Parking Spot Paint Cover-Up:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>April 15, 2026 immediately following dismissal. RAIN DATE: April 16th.<\/li>\n<li>This is only for Seniors who painted their parking spot.<\/li>\n<li>As a reminder, all cover-up supplies are provided for this event.<\/li>\n<li>Historically, this takes less than an hour.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Save the Date: Prom:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prom is scheduled for Friday, April 24, 2026 at World Golf Village.<\/li>\n<li>Prom is organized by the Junior Class. As they give us more details, we will post updates here.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Senior Social- Cap\/Gown Pick-Up and Yearbooks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>April 29th during all lunches, in the gym.<\/li>\n<li>Seniors will be excused from 4th period to attend the Senior Social.<\/li>\n<li>CO2026 students will pick-up their caps, gowns and yearbooks (hopefully! Fingers crossed they arrive by this date). If not, we&#8217;ll let you know when and where they will get them.<\/li>\n<li>Seniors may use this time in the gym to look at &amp; sign yearbooks.<\/li>\n<li>Seniors <strong>may not eat lunch in the gym<\/strong>. They should eat where they normally eat, and enjoy the remainder of the period with their classmates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Grad Bash at Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure: <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">SOLD OUT<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>April 30, 2026- May 1, 2026. It will likely occur in mid-May.<\/li>\n<li>*4\/10\/2026: The class officers are in contact with a couple churches in the area and are actively working on getting a date\/place\/time. We hope to have more information in a couple days.<\/li>\n<li>We will post details as they become available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Save the Date: Graduation Rehearsal:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday, May 11th, seniors should arrive at the UNF Arena at 1:30PM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Senior Debt Day:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday, May 18th, BTHS Auditorium from 9:30AM- 2:30PM.<\/li>\n<li>Seniors who are cleared for graduation and are free from any BTHS debts will receive their graduation packets including (8) tickets, graduation medallions, and more!<\/li>\n<li>This will be seniors only opportunity to pick-up graduation tickets.<\/li>\n<li>Packets are only provided to the graduates. Plan to be available this day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Save the Date: GRADUATION:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Bartram Trail High Class of 2026 will graduate on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 6:00PM at the University of North Florida Arena.<\/li>\n<li>To comply with the seating capacity at the UNF Arena, each graduate will receive eight (8) guest tickets to graduation. *Additional tickets are not available.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.unf.edu\/recwell\/facilityandfieldrentals\/hs-graduation.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UNF Information for Families and Guests of High School Graduates.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Shout-out to BTHS Senior, Katherine Summerfield who designed the CO26 graduation ticket!<\/li>\n<li>FAQ Answers:\n<ul>\n<li>Each graduate will receive 8 guest tickets to graduation at Senior Debt Day. *Graduates do not require a ticket for themselves.<\/li>\n<li>All guests age 3 and over require a ticket. Guests age 2 and under (without a car seat) do not require a ticket but must be in a lap if not ticketed. Infants with a car seat require a ticket.<\/li>\n<li>Disability seating is handled by UNF t-shirt personnel. Guests requiring disability seating may have <strong>one additional person<\/strong> sit with them. Disability parking is in lot 34 (until full, and then in the Arena Parking Garage).<\/li>\n<li>Graduates and guests park in Lot 18.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/unfospreys.com\/sports\/2020\/11\/29\/general-clearbagpolicy#link%20to%20bag%20check%20policy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Clear Bag Policy<\/a>. Those with bags that are not approved will not be permitted entry.<\/li>\n<li>Airhorns, fat heads, poster boards, etc. are not permitted.<\/li>\n<li>Flowers and concessions are available for purchase in the lobby. Outside food is not permitted.<\/li>\n<li>Seating is first come, first serve. <strong>Holding seats is prohibited<\/strong> and will be monitored by UNF personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Arena doors will open 90 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony (at 4:30PM).<\/li>\n<li>All guests are subject to mag-security screening prior to entry.<\/li>\n<li>Expect lots of traffic delays, especially with our ceremony starting at 6:00PM. Allow plenty of extra time!<\/li>\n<li>BTHS graduation ceremonies historically conclude within two hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Transcripts:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Request your transcript online! Applying to college can be tough, but ordering your transcript doesn&#8217;t have to be.<\/li>\n<li>Students can request transcripts via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.parchment.com\/u\/registration\/9276\/account\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Parchment<\/strong><\/a>. We use this service to deliver records to colleges as well as for our students to view their record.<\/li>\n<li>It is recommended that Seniors use their (not their parent&#8217;s) personal email address for Parchment. Do not use your SJCSD issued email address.<\/li>\n<li>It&#8217;s easy to send transcripts.\n<ol>\n<li>Sign in or sign up to manage your account.<\/li>\n<li>Select your destination. Anywhere: colleges, scholarship funds, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Pay for your requested records &amp; you&#8217;re done.
