If you\/your student paid to paint, this information is for you.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www-bths.stjohns.k12.fl.us\/seniors\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/48\/2026\/04\/Parking-Spot-Painting-Permission-and-Template-2026-2027.pdf\">Parking Spot Painting Permission and Template 2026 2027<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Forms are due to Shawna Hastings by July 9th. They can be dropped off at BTHS or emailed to Ms. Hastings at Shawna.Hastings@stjohns.k12.fl.us .<\/li>\n<li>Painting day is Thursday, July 16th beginning at 7:00AM. Please be on time. It takes about four hours to paint most spots. All painting and cleaning up must be completed by 11:00AM that day. Painters who arrive late may not be permitted to begin.<\/li>\n<li>See the permission slip for suggested supplies. Remember, you must bring everything and clean-up as well.<\/li>\n<li><strong>*Seniors, the permission slip asks for your parking spot number. You may not know that yet. It&#8217;s okay to skip that answer, we&#8217;ll get it later.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Cronin Ace Hardware on CR-210 is offering a 30% discount on paint\/paint related supplies when you mention that you are painting your parking spot at Bartram Trail High School at the register.<\/li>\n<li>The fee paid to paint your spot will be used for the cover-up event in the Spring. All cover-up paint and supplies will be provided on that date in April (TBD).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>GRADUATION 2027!<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bartram Trail High School, Class of 2027 will graduate at the University of North Florida Arena on Friday, May 21, 2027 at 6:00PM.<\/li>\n<li>Lots more information to come in the fall.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Transcripts:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Request your transcript online! Applying to college can be tough, but ordering your transcript doesn&#8217;t have to be.<\/li>\n<li>Students can request transcripts via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.parchment.com\/u\/registration\/9276\/account\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Parchment<\/strong><\/a>. We use this service to deliver records to colleges as well as for our students to view their record.<\/li>\n<li>It is recommended that Seniors use their (not their parent&#8217;s) personal email address for Parchment. Do not use your SJCSD issued email address.<\/li>\n<li>The Class of 2026 should order their final transcript before August 1st. On 8\/1\/2026, the CO2026 will be considered alumni in Parchment and will be assessed a bigger fee for transcripts.<\/li>\n<li>It&#8217;s easy to send transcripts.\n<ol>\n<li>Sign in or sign up to manage your account.<\/li>\n<li>Select your destination. Anywhere: colleges, scholarship funds, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Pay for your requested records &amp; you&#8217;re done.
