Registration for 9th grade at BTHS will be done 100% virtually this year.<\/p>

Students can ONLY add electives via HAC. If students want to change any course request that is locked, they must fill out a form. Please do not email or call regarding a locked course; students just need to fill out the appropriate form. After student fills out form, they will not see changes in HAC until forms are processed, which may not be until the end of the school year or the summer. All forms are located here: https:\/\/www-bths.stjohns.k12.fl.us\/courseregistration\/<\/a><\/p>

  1. Watch both videos – https:\/\/youtu.be\/nf_VJhdjPXk<\/a> and https:\/\/youtu.be\/lTeZRuEK<\/a><\/li>
  2. After 2\/23, log into students HAC account (NOT PARENTS) then click Classes Icon<\/li>
  3. Look at the \u201cSchedule\u201d tab, count course requests. All students need to have 7 course requests. No more, no less.<\/li>
  4. If you have less than 7 course requests, go to the \u201cRequests\u201d tab, scroll down until you see \u201cElectives (EL), click edit, choose enough electives* to make it 7 classes (directions in video; make sure to watch the video before trying this step).<\/li>
  5. Look at the \u201cSchedule\u201d tab – Do you have a math, science, and English course in the course requests?
      1. If there is not an English, math, or science course listed, click link and fill out the \u201cCourse Recommendation Re-evaluation Form\u201d – https:\/\/www-bths.stjohns.k12.fl.us\/courseregistration\/<\/a> (you are adding the course you are missing and dropping an elective)<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li>
      2. Are you happy with the English, math, and science courses on the \u201cschedule\u201d tab? If you are not happy with the recommendation in any way*, fill out the \u201cCourse Recommendation Re-evaluation\u201d Form – https:\/\/www-bths.stjohns.k12.fl.us\/courseregistration\/<\/a>
          1. Example: wants a standard course, got recommended for honors or wants honors, got recommended for standard, or wants a different science than recommended<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li>
          2. Look at your 7 course requests. Are there any NON-ACADEMY courses you want to change? If so, fill out the \u201cNon Academy Elective Replacement Form\u201d located here: https:\/\/www-bths.stjohns.k12.fl.us\/courseregistration\/<\/a><\/li>
