The first day of the high school season is Monday Aug 5th, 2024. However, we train over the summer through the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.blackbeartrackclub.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Black Bear Distance Project<\/a>. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">You can find training plans by emailing Coach Frank or Clark, as well as days and times we meet as a group. We generally meet at the BTHS track.
