Off-Season Workouts

The following would be good exercises to use for staying in shape prior to Off-season / Summer Workouts.

  • Cajun Squats = 3×3 Front squats at 65-75% CJ max with 2×5 Back Squat at last set of Front SQ.
  • Bent Row / RDL = 5+8 [3x] AHATA
  • Pull-ups [3 x 8]
  • Seated Rows [3 x 8]
  • CORE: 3 x 10 pick 2-4 exercises

DO NOT DO OLYMPIC LIFTS WITHOUT A COACH PRESENT! 

Getting the Bar from the Ground to your chest … Does NOT mean its a GOOD LIFT!
