The following would be good exercises to use for staying in shape prior to Pre-season Workouts.
- Cajun Squats = 3×3 Front squats at 65-75% CJ max with 2×5 Back Squat at last set of Front SQ.
- Bent Row / RDL = 5+8 [3x] AHATA
- Pull-ups [3 x 8]
- Seated Rows [3 x 8]
- CORE: 3 x 10 pick 2-4 exercises
DO NOT DO OLYMPIC LIFTS WITHOUT A COACH PRESENT!
