Due to circumstances beyond our control, We had to move the date of the EOY Celebration.

As exciting as Districts turned out to be …. Regionals claimed equal drama.
The 11 Regional qualifiers recorded 19 PR’s. Several ladies went 6/6, many others set HUGE PR’s.

Ladies need to arrive at BT 6:50 am for Bus to Districts.
Bus is Drop-off only. Athlete’s need to find a ride home.

Lifting Begins at 4:30 pm. Last Base Meet prior to District Meet.

These ladies set 23 PR’s at the County / Conference Meet.
Senior Night, Thursday, Nov. 29 – Lifting begins at 5 pm.
Senior Recognition will be held in Small Cafeteria following competition.
November 20, Lady Strength traveled to Creekside.
I am very proud of the effort our ladies gave against Creekside. We had another 100% night.
Every lifter went 6/6, while following the prescribed Base [70-80%] format.
We are just 10 days out from the County / Conference Meet.
This will be our first Test / PR meet of the year. Excited to see the Hard work pay off.
