NCAA Information for BTHS Student-Athletes

Information all student-athletes need to know as they consider college sports is available at www.ncaa.org/playcollegesports. Student-athletes are guided through current and upcoming initial-eligibility requirements, recruiting guidelines, and timelines for staying on track in high school. A wide range of frequently-asked questions addressing issues from academic and amateurism eligibility to high school and core-course review are easily searchable as well.

Helpful resources:

Juniors and Seniors who plan on playing NCAA Division I or II sports in college must register with the NCAA Eligibility Center. This should be done during the student-athlete’s junior year before taking the ACT or SAT for the first time.
If you are a Senior and have not done this yet, register today!

To send ACT/SAT scores to the NCAA, use the code 9999 when you register for the test.

Students should also know which Bartram Trail HS courses have been approved by the NCAA. Review the course list here .  Type 100809 for our school code and hit “Enter” . You will be able to look up your courses by subject area.

Be careful with “nontraditional” courses, like APEX and online classes. See your counselor for more information!

Participating in a foreign exchange program can affect your eligibility, see your counselor for more information.
