Sunday, May 18th Please mark your calendars for our Annual Banquet which will be held at 5:30 pm.
Tuesday, May 20th Spring Concert 7:00 pm. Also, AUDITIONS for next year will begin this week as well. See the requirements on the Concert Band Page.
Thursday, May 22nd On or about the hour of 11:59 pm. the Band Trip to Gatlinburg, TN begins.
Monday, June 16th and Tuesday, June 17th - Rookie Camp 9:00am to 3:00 pm.

DRIVING FOR FUNDS - Driving for funds is an easy fund raiser for the band. If you take a course on line the band will receive a $10.00 donation. Courses available are: First time Driver, Traffic Ticket Class, Traffic Collision Class and 12 Hour Advance Driver Improvement. If you are in need of taking any of these courses please check out www.drivingforfunds.com or if you have questions you may contact Phyllis.
MATCHING FUNDS FROM YOUR EMPLOYER – Many employers will match funds that you donate to a not for profit organization (i.e. – Bartram Trail High School Band Boosters) or they will recognize your volunteer hours with a cash donation. The Band Boosters are a 501(c) (3) organization and donations are tax deductible. If your employer has a matching funds potential, or if they donate equipment (computers, printer, copies, etc.) to not for profit organizations, please pursue these donations. If you have any questions or need help filling out paperwork please contact Phyllis.
