Calendar
Important dates in September Rehearsals are every Tuesday from 6:30-8:30pm and every Wednesday from 3pm until 4:30!!!!!! There is one week where that schedule is slightly different... see below for that change!! In addition, the following rehearsals occur:
GUARD- Mondays 6pm-9pm PERC- Thursdays 3:45-5:15
Sectionals: Sept 1- Trumpets, Altos, FHorns Sept 8- Flutes, Clarinets, Low Winds Sept 15- FHorns, Trumpets Sept 22- Flutes, Clarinets, Altos, Low Winds SECTIONAL REHEARSALS run from 3:45 until 5:15
Sept 1 All state students names due Sept 4 Away vs. Palatka Sept 7 No school labor day Sept 11 Away vs. St. Augustine Sept 15 All state tryouts at Creekside- NO PRACTICE ON SEPT 15 (sectionals stil happen for tpts, horns) Sept 16 full band until 5pm instead of 4:30pm... please note change!!! Sept 18 Band pictures all day Sept 18 Home vs. Menendez Sept 21 Open House- Jazz Band performance!! Sept 25 Home vs. Ponte Vedra- Probable
SENIOR night and 8th graders will be with us as well!!
Important Dates in October
Rehearsals should continue here as they did in September, but they will become shorter and less frequent depending on the progress of the show, weather, etc- ONE MORE sectional is likely here as well- Dates to be posted soon but will likely be on Tuesday afternoons!
Oct 2 Homecoming vs. Bishop Kenny (Homecoming activities all week) Oct 9 Away vs. Nease Oct 16 Away vs. Middleburg- possible that this will be a percussion only performance!!
OCTOBER 17- BAND COMPETITION AT MERRITT ISLAND HIGH SCHOOL!!! THIS IS A SATURDAY EVENT AND WILL LIKELY LAST ALL DAY- PLEASE CLEAR YOUR CALENDAR NOW NOW NOW NOW NOW FOR THIS DATE!!

Playoff football games are possible on Friday nights here... will let you know when I know about times, locations, etc.- GO BEARS!!
